Your high-performance PC deserves high-end memory. Corsair Vengeance Pro Series memory modules are built for overclocking on the latest third- and fourth-generation Intel Core platforms. This is thanks to the eight-layer PCB, highly-screened memory ICs, and high-end heat spreader. They are also XMP 1.3 ready for easy overclocking. To match the high performance, the Vengeance Pro Series memory modules’ heat spreader features aggressive colors and a refined form factor.
Working great in my system
Pros: I have had this in my system for a little over a month now and it is running nice and smooth on my EVGA X79 board. I upgraded from a 16GB kit, I needed the power to be able to effectively work on my graphics and video projects for work. XMP profile fits perfectly. Got everything up and running no problems just some minor adjusting to the voltages to crank it up a bit more and I was set.
Cons: So far so good!

Pros: Works fine at 1600. Passes memtest86+ and prime95 torture test.
Cons: Does not pass the same tests at 1866. It's advertised as 1866!
Other Thoughts: I tested this memory several times at 1866 in my ASRock FM2A85X Extreme4-M, adjusting timings and voltages. While the machine could boot Windows and Linux just fine, that's no guarantee the memory will stand up to rigorous testing. The prime95 torture test eventually failed every time. I managed to get several hours of success by setting the DRAM voltage to 1.63, but the test eventually failed. Dropped back to 1600 and the memory works like a champ. I would RMA them, but they cost about the same as good quality 1600s from other manufacturers.
