Pros: Trusted Corsair RAM forever - always an easy/good experience when a DIMM eventually and rarely fails.

Other Thoughts: Happened to have a bad DIMM out of the box - took a little while, but dealing directly with Newegg I got a replacement set now working beautifully. TY, Egg!

Pros: increased multitasking when the ram was working

Cons: Only lasted about two months
Caused endless memory related system crashes on one laptop
Caused the monitor to flicker, ghost, and shift the image every few seconds on the other laptop.

I swapped both machines back to the factory 4gb ram, and both machines were fixed of all issues.
TERRIBLE ram, do not buy

Other Thoughts: I do not recommend this ram to anyone. Very short lifespan on both packages we purchased.

Cons: This Ram caused the laptop to crash, System Memory Error (BSOD)

How do I know that the RAM was the problem?
I'm currently using Adata Ram in this Laptop and it's been working flawlessly.
No other changes were made to the laptop.
I used Newegg's Memory Finder tool to find this compatible RAM.

Other Thoughts: RMA the Ram, shipped it back, Newegg denied it. So I paid money for non-working junk.

Pros: Took me to a Windows Experience Index (WEI) of 7.7
Noticeably faster map changes during game play, less lag and stuttering.
ENVY 17-3090NR 3D accepted the RAM and is using it to its full capacity.
Haven't run MemTest 86 on it yet, I will do tht within the next 2 weeks.

Cons: Nothing so far.

Other Thoughts: Just buy it!

Cons: I have two identical laptops and a memory intensive custom application that routinely utilizes close to the max available memory during execution. Tried replaced slow spec HP factory memory with in both machines and comparing the application logs with the Vengeance Performance memory with the HP factory memory with much slower specs.....had virtually identical performance on every benchmark on both machines.....and the app is doing mainly memory resident array manipulation.....bottom line...premium was a waste of money for us.

Pros: I bought this,to replace 8 gigs ram that comes with CyberpowerPC Fangbook III HX6-266 Gaming Laptop 4th Generation Intel Core i7 4710MQ (2.50 GHz) 8 GB Memory 256 GB.
I installed the ram. I powered and booted the laptop. It was recognized instantly.
It does not seem to heat much compared to before when I was running only 8 gig ram with slower latency.
The memory was well packaged.
I am happy with this purchased.

Other Thoughts: Excellent for 3d sculpting and more than enough for gaming.

Pros: One of few with lowest latency with lower voltage compared to my 8 GB Kingston HyperX 1600mhz that I bought back in 2012 for my laptop build.

Pros: Finally was able to upgrade from 4gb DDR3 stock envy hp notebook and my goodness it gave it so much more life to it. It runs so much faster and uploads everything super fast. Video editing runs smoother as well (Power Director 12). Easy to install and no issues. Worked and windows was able to detect everything right away. Plug and go.

Cons: None as of yet. Will give update in 6 months or so.

Other Thoughts: Great purchase and i was able to buy for 85$ out the door!

Pros: installed in msi leopard g60, no user definable bios, but they are running @ advertised speeds and timings. literally fell out of the package once I opened it-- they have SOLVED the impossible to remove packaging!

Cons: None. ..should have used a thin aluminium heatspreader under that sticker.

Pros: Fast while it works.

Cons: Now starting on my 3rd kit of this in 2 months. It works great for the first 2-3 weeks then dies. I work in PC repair and I understand this happens, but honestly quite annoying. Usually only happens once or twice but going on my 3rd replacement in less than 2 months. Could also be the poor shipping material newegg uses (padded envelope). 2 of them came in with the boxes dented and bent.
