The slide design keeps you from losing a cap (there isnt one), and it has faster read/write speeds than usb 2.0 versions. Fits easlily on keychains and will fit into most usb ports as it isnt much wider than previous usb 2.0 versions. However it is a little thicker, at about 7/16 of an inch, so you may have problems fitting two flash drives togther on the stacked usb ports (like a laptop). Realistically has about 29gb worth of space out the packaging, which is plenty. Cons: Fastest speeds I could obtain were capped at around 40 mb/s on both read/write using my native 3.0 motherboard (Gigabyte x58 ud3r rev 2). Really kinda disappointed me, as I was expecting more after reading reviews of other usb 3.0 drives on here reaching speeds around 70/100 mb/s . Couldnt get any faster speeds even after reinstalling the newest 3.0 drivers on my board. Other Thoughts: Does its jobs, but not the fastest. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you?
