Compatible with Oki B431dn
Pros: Works fine in the Okidata B431dn printer, brought the RAM total up to 320MB. Inexpensive
Cons: I didn't find this sooner.
Other Thoughts: Based on the specs, I took a gamble and picked this up to see if it would work in an Okidata B431dn.

Pros: This model specified at Kingston for MFC-9970CDW. just like the module specified in the manual it does not work. Brother says a firmware update may fix. Printer has the latest firmware. Prints gibberish.
Cons: AT least it was only $7.
Other Thoughts: Brother suggested calling them but I seriously doubt they can tell me to do anything different then I have already done. Guess I just live with default memory. Wish Crucial had memory for this printer, perhaps in the future.

Not what I needed
Pros: It is a memory module. It probably works okay.
Cons: Newegg's product page is a bit skimpy on product details, so I bought something I can't use. RMA processing will likely eat any refund.
Other Thoughts: Even though this is listed under Newegg's 144-pin SO-DIMM section, the module isn't keyed for standard pre-DDR SDRAM slots. Do a lookup on the model number (KTB-HL533/256) and you'll see this is intended for Brother printers.
