Pros: 1600 Any higher then that would be a waste using 2 of these it scores 7.8/7.9(maximum) on Windows Experience Index on Windows 7 Ultimate. I notice a speed increase. Im happy with it

Cons: Nothing

Other Thoughts: Going any more then 16gb DDR3 would be a waste I could easily go to 32 but whats the point.
