5 out of 5 eggsGood 8GB ECC Memory for FreeNAS Build

Pros: I used two of these to get 16GB memory for my FreeNAS build. It wasn't listed as supported on my motherboard, but it was worked without problems. Supports ECC, high speed, and low voltage.

Cons: Expensive.

Other Thoughts: This was my 1st FreeNAS build. This build should support ECC and encryption for FreeNAS. Motherboard only supports 16GB memory total. I originally purchased Registered ECC memory for my motherboard, but it wasn't supported. You need Unbuffered memory.
