Pros: Solid construction, doesn't feel like you are going to break it while plugging it in or taking it out. Good data transfer rate on USB 2.0 and very fast, as expected, on USB 3.0. Love the encryption security options.

Cons: The drive began to malfuntion after only 3-4 months of use, randomly not recognized. Shortly after that, it failed to be recognized on any computer or port. When plugged in, the LED flashes extremely fast but it is never recognized.

Other Thoughts: Needed hardware level encryption to keep confidential data secure and this seemed to fit the bill. Never had a problem with Kingston products before this, so we'll see how they handle the warranty replacement. An RMA has been requested and I will follow up with the support experience.

Pros: This drive rocks. The speed is good the security software is cool. The construction on the drive is great. I think I could use it as a weapon. It is very solid. $ per GB is good too. I was impressed and will be buying more.

Cons: Annoying bright blue LED.

Other Thoughts: I like the drive but the LED is too annoying. Returning mine.
