Pros: Plug and play... what can you say!! The laptop is much faster now and I haven't been able to choke it even with Photoshop.

Other Thoughts: Received quickly and works correctly and is NEW, not used for 65 percent of price.

Cons: This RAM is not compatible with most laptops. I picked this one "4R" instead of "4". If you look at the specs, they are vague. That's because most laptops will not work with these cards. Unfortunately, I tore the UPC which is non-returnable. Good luck!

Pros: Good Value. This is registered (or buffered) RAM if you need that.

Cons: This is registered (or buffered) RAM, which I cannot use.

Other Thoughts: Apparently the /4R at the end of the part number means that this is Registered (or buffered) memory which was not compatible in my system. This information is not posted on Newegg's product page and my search engine even had some difficulty finding this information.
