Pros: I love this! It went in from box to reading a ssd in about 5 minutes.

Cons: Tiny darn screws.... LOL

- Worked right away
- Price is right

Cons: - The USB port on the front is pushed too far in. There is no way to plug a USB device into it because the edges hit. If I could use the USB port, I would add two more stars to this review.

Other Thoughts: - I would recommend this product assuming you have no need for the USB port. I bought this hoping to use the USB 3.0 port, so I am disappointed.

Pros: 5.25" adapter easy to use and fits perfectly.
Works as it should.

Other Thoughts: Purchased this to replace a flaky Rosewill unit that would work about one time out of six without requiring a reboot. So far, this one works perfectly every time.

Pros: The reader mounts in the included 5.25" adapter with no problem using the included hardware. It mounts firmly in the slot with no play. I don't know why others have had a problem with this. All of my cards worked when plugged in and they all fit with no problems.

Cons: ????????? Never got a Vantec product that didn't work the way it was supposed to.

Other Thoughts: The screws in the mount are hard to start because the holes are smaller and the screws are self tapping so everything is tight in the end.

Pros: Compact versatile card reader has slots for nearly every type of card on the market from classic oldschool to new modern versions. Includes a USB port as well which works perfectly for memory sticks and charging gadgets. Easy installation with one cable that plugs into a standard USB port on the motherboard. Fits both bay sizes, so can go anywhere.

Cons: Constant red light

Pros: Price. Comes with drive bay adapter to allow installation into cases with no 3.5" external bays in front panel.

Cons: I have bought several of these to install in systems I build for my clients and I see no way to attach the reader to the adapter bracket with the supplied hardware. I finally decided the best way was to use some latex or silicone calk to lay a bead around the edges of the back end where the reader makes contact with the bracket.

Pros: It does what is says, its a internal USB card reader.

Cons: The threads are plastic, so be care not to strip them or move this around from machine to machine. If you plan to use this with the included 5.25" slot adapter, then don't get this.The bracket doesn't hold the unit in place very well, so there is a lot of play.

Cons: I bought this because of the included 5.25" bay adapter, as my Antec P280 does not have any external 3.5" drive bays. However, I quickly learned that it would not actually fit in my P280, as the adapter is too short, which can cause cause the toolless drive latch to not engage.

Other Thoughts: While I can't fault this product for being incompatible with Antec's cases, anyone who uses a tool-less case, especially the Antec P280 and cases with similar toolless systems should be cautious when purchasing this, as it may not actually fit.

Cons: Won't let me put my SDHC card in the slot. Tried several different ways and still won't fit in SD slot.

Other Thoughts: I bought this reader so I could use it to off load my photos, but it's not working correctly. Won't advise anyone considering purchase of this reader.

Pros: Needed a card reader and this one and I was gonna buy one and get an adapter to a 5.25 inch bay worth the extra 2$ for it included

Cons: difficult to screw in securely to the case to the adapter is fine but the case screws are cheap and don't line up easily
