SABRENT CRW-UINB 68-in-1 USB 2.0 Internal Card Reader w/ USB 2.0 Port supports SDHC/VISTA

Pros: None

Cons: Plugged the card reader into the USB connector on my motherboard. The power would turn on and empty drives appeared for each of the card slots. Inserting a SD card turned on the activity light but the card never showed up in any of the drives.

Pros: It was cheap.

Cons: It doesn't work. At all. I have not been able to read a single card I have placed in it, and I am pretty sure it fried my brand new MicroSDXC that I placed in it.

Also, it has this extremely bright blue LED that is on all the time. Incredibly, piercingly bright blue.

Other Thoughts: Sabrent support has been entirely useless in getting this resolved. They keep closing the incident over and over without actually doing anything.

Pros: Has several slots in the front.

Cons: In the entire time I have owned it, I have not had it properly access a MicroSD card yet. Not once, ever. I tried multiple different cards of varying sizes, but it would not work. Sometimes it might show the card, but I could not move files to/from it. I verified every one of these cards using a USB adapter on the same machine. Even with a full-size SD adapter, it still would not work. Waste of money and USB ports.

Pros: It works. Connected to MOBO with USB - quickly found by software and automatically installed. All drives showed up - tried and it read like a charm.

Cons: Little cheaply built but for the price what do you expect. Size is off for a 3 1/2 inch bay - but with adapter rail it fit fine.

Other Thoughts: People talk about the light staying on - I shut down my PC the light goes out. Not sure what they are doing. Probably operator error. Plus with my case it sits behind a door so I don't see it anyway when it is on.

Pros: Works with one internal USB2.0 pin.

Cons: unit came wrapped in weird shrink wrap/sticky plastic so i had to spend 10 mins to take apart the entire thing apart to remove it.

Pros: Easy to install

Cons: Doesn't Work , Built very cheep.

Other Thoughts: You get What you pay four. By wright first time save you'r time.
Newegg Was very easy to work with

Pros: installed easy, thats about it.

Cons: only sd reader worked the rest don't

Other Thoughts: save your money & time (buy a good one the first time)

Pros: Versatile

Cons: Case is too short to sit properly in the 3.5 bay.

Other Thoughts: Blue LED has already gone out, I knew it would because it's ALWAYS on! As everybody knows (except the manufacturer) flash drives have LED activity indicators which you can't see because they didn't have the common sense to install the USB port right side up, or at least tie it to the white LED which only works with memory cards.
