An initial torture test confirms it's working perfectly. The 830 is sufficiently fast for casual use, and idea for the keyring or data necklace. Cons: The 830's exposed contacts could leave it more vulnerable to ESD (static discharge). Who knows. I'm treating it like every other flash drive until I find out. Relatively fast for a small 2.0 drive. Write speed over 6 MB/sec. Read speed nearly 20 MB/sec. Cons: None so far. Does get a little warm, but not anything out of the ordinary for a drive with a fast write speed.
