4 out of 5 eggsNormal affordable card. Not bad and nothing special.

Pros: Low price; made in Taiwan; decent brand; comes with SD adapter; is compatible with all my old cell phones and PPC's (all about 5-8 years old)

Cons: Not fast as advertised; not real 16GB; no carrying case.

1) I did not notice on the photo that it does not come with additional compact rigid plastic carrying case. From photo here, one could think that it does. Still, you can use its blister thin soft plastic clumsy bulky casing as a carrying case - so, care to not damage it when unpacking - don't use scissors or knife - just bend the package so the blister pops out of the carton.
2) The size really is less than 16 GB. Usable size is 15811477504 bytes = 15079 MiB = 14.7 GiB. So don’t be surprised when your gadget shows “Total space 14.73GB”.
3) The speed did not impress me.

Other Thoughts: About the speed. I have to admit that all my SDHC card readers (I tried 4) are probably not the fastest in the world. The speed also varied a little among different USB ports of my comps. The best result was through rear USB 3 port (although using USB 2 card reader), and the best speeds were:
1) “Real life” measurements (MiB/s = 1024x1024 byte/s):
Write (copying a file ~2,5GiB from HDD) - 10,7 MiB/s;
Read (copying the file from the card to NULL) - 17,5 MiB/s;
Copy/Paste (copying the file from the card to itself) - 6,57 MiB/s.
2) CrystalDiskMark 3.0.3 x64 measurements (MB/s = 1,000,000 byte/s):
Test 1: Sequential Read : 20.923 MB/s
Sequential Write : 12.189 MB/s
Random Read 512KB : 20.668 MB/s
Random Write 512KB : 3.370 MB/s
Random Read 4KB (QD=1) : 4.075 MB/s [ 994.9 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=1) : 1.470 MB/s [358.8 IOPS]
Random Read 4KB (QD=32) : 4.182 MB/s [1021.1 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=32) : 1.560 MB/s [381.0 IOPS]
Test : 1000 MB [E: 0.0% (0.0/14.7 GB)] (x5)

Test 2: Sequential Read : 20.794 MB/s
Sequential Write : 12.257 MB/s
Random Read 512KB : 20.104 MB/s
Random Write 512KB : 3.359 MB/s
Random Read 4KB (QD=1) : 3.676 MB/s [897.5 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=1) : 1.382 MB/s [337.4 IOPS]
Random Read 4KB (QD=32) : 3.877 MB/s [946.5 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=32) : 1.477 MB/s [360.6 IOPS]
Test : 1000 MB [E: 0.0% (0.0/14.7 GB)] (x5)

I wouldn't say the results impressed me. They are far lower than advertised "Up to" 15 and 40 MB/s. I guess they mean some theoretical, laboratory, not real-life speed. But, as I said, probably my non-UHS equipment is to blame.
Anyway, it is a little higher than C10, and Copy/Paste speed is just 11 times slower than that of my very good ST3000DM001 HDD.
In conclusion, if you don't need very fast card and short of money, I would recommend this card - it is OK.
