Pros: It's ram that works

Cons: Why buy this ram when you can get DDR3 ram for the same price or less?
heatsinks are cheap

Other Thoughts: I bought the evga 780i sli MOBO but decided to step up to the new 790i for the ddr3 support and realized ddr3 at this speed was the same price or cheaper.?

Pros: Fast 1300 MHZ by default. I'm running it on a 780i EVGA board and it ran perfectly. Make sure if you use this RAM that it's being used with a highend processer and motherboard. It's like shoving nitro into a Geo otherwise. The RAM is stable with overclocking. I got it too 1450 MHZ and it booted up just fine. I also bought a cooling fan for the sticks just to be safe. I haven't had any problems with heat, but as I get more comfortable with the system I'll overclock more.

Cons: Requires other high end hardware for complete use. Voltage runs a little high, but as long as you're a good overclocker it's nothing you should be worried about.

Other Thoughts: This RAM is great for those that don't want to spend the big money for the slight improvement that is DDR3 and still want to have the enthusiast status. DDR3 at the moment provides little benefit over DDR2, so this RAM will last.
