5 out of 5 eggsGreat Fast, Stable and Economical Ram

Pros: I've been using Team Group's ram for years, and never experienced any problems. This is my first time purchasing their value segment ram, however its rock solid and quick just like their Xtreem series. Passes Memtest86 with flying colors all day long.

Cons: None. It works as designed.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Price on 8GB of cheap RAM

Pros: Both worked out of the box.

Cons: None for me.

Other Thoughts: Great price for "value level" RAM.

1 out of 5 eggsJunk

Pros: none

Cons: Dont work

Other Thoughts: I saved 10 bucks by buying cheap memory and guess what 1 chip didnt work so now i have to wait another week for new memory... So much for saving a buck. Lesson learned dont buy cheap stuff. Going to return and already bought better brand.

2 out of 5 eggsWould have been nice...

Pros: Good price and low profile

Cons: One stick totally dead, other would not post by itself. Will update review once RMA replacement is processed.

Other Thoughts: So, tried everything to get them to work but no luck. Had to put my old RAM back in. Sending in for RMA and hopefully will get two good sticks. If the second batch doesn't work, then I'll try for refund and pick up RAM locally from somewhere.

4 out of 5 eggsNot perfect but pretty good.

Pros: I've purchased several sets of this memory for entry level PC's and have been happy for the most part. No compatibility issues, just no-frill memory that works good at a low price.

Cons: I've experienced about a 5% failure rate on this memory. It's not a deal killer since I purchase quite a bit of it and Newegg is very good about returns. Although it's a slightly higher failure rate than I've experienced with other memory, the fact that it works great in general, and that returns are easy, keeps me comming back :)

Other Thoughts: I've purchased a few of Team's other memory (higher end) and haven't had any problems.

5 out of 5 eggsAccomplishment

Pros: I bought this memory in hope of increasing the over-all speed of my year-old P.O.J. eMachine, and for around $30.00 this memory delivered. The pc, which is dual-core, shipped with a 1G stick and a 2G stick (weird), and it wasn't long before it was bogged down. This 8G upgrade maxed-out the pc and now everything launches fast and runs smoother.

Cons: None

2 out of 5 eggsOne defective

Pros: Was the best value when it was time to purchase RAM

Cons: One of the two sticks was defective. I know this happens from time to time, but it is a first for me. I spent about an hour on the floor starting and restarting, checking power and cable connections before I tried the RAM. No phone number for customer support, and the manufacturer warranty required paying to ship their defective card.

Other Thoughts: Thanks to NewEgg for the always great customer service! One of the few businesses left that cares about repeat business :)
