1 out of 5 eggsFalls apart, no warranty or support

Pros: Worked for a while, with limited use.

Cons: Like others have experienced, mine fell apart. Luckily it didn't happen while it was in my camera, thus damaging the camera. I used the card very little. It split at the seam of the card and the read/write plastic tab fell off. The card will not stay together anymore (and is not writeable even if I could tape it somehow) and is unusable. I have many cards from other manufacturers and have used them more than I used this one and have had them longer and I have never experienced this with any other card. Furthermore, when I contacted the manufacturer (which is in Taiwan only and it looks like you'd have to ship your card back to Taiwan, if they actually ever provided you that option) they refused to do anything. Here is their response:

Dear Sir,

Thank you for contacting Team Group RMA team.

Team Group is always trying to provide you with simple and efficient customer service.

Due to the SDHC card has damage of the appearance and lock key missing.

We are sorry to tell you that, according to our RMA Policy, this kind of situation we cannot provide warranty service.

Because the damage of the appearance is not included in warranty guarantee.

About our warranty rules, you can refer to our official website:

Other Thoughts: If you want a card that "may" work for a little bit and then fall apart risking your photos or videos or damaging your equipment, with no customer service or support from the company that made it - then go for it. For me, I will never purchase another card from this company again as long as I live.

5 out of 5 eggsVideo Report Loves Team Flash Cards

Pros: As a reporter I use SD cards almost on a daily basis. The write issues haven't been a problem with SD cards but the physical construction of them. I've had a number of SanDiscs which would splinter at the connectors but I've learned to strip them away from the connectors, but they soon become nothing and they have to be discarded.

.The original Team discs are still in use today. I also used Transend which is suppose to be top of the line but I just had two failures in a row. Again it isn't the number or writes but just a physical death. Fortunately it wasn't on a once in a lifetime event like a wedding but something I was able to redo.

Cons: Every card I've purchased is still in use over three years later. I can't think of a con.

Other Thoughts: Placing a new order to replace the Transends.

1 out of 5 eggsWorst SD card I've ever seen

Pros: none

Cons: The casing started to fall apart after few pushes in my laptop. The plastic casing is very cheap and poorly made.

5 out of 5 eggsCheap 16GB

Pros: Super cheap price, great for any camera with an SD card slot, still works and I still use it after about almost a year since I purchased it.

Cons: Could be faster, but I'm not complaining for its price.

5 out of 5 eggsFast and Reliable

Pros: Owned it for about a year now, has never failed, broken, or otherwise. Runs much faster than my other SD cards (Classes 2&4).

Cons: It's gone down in price a couple dollars since I bought it, but hey, that's how memory works.

Other Thoughts: I've been using this to transfer files between my laptop and my new PC, and I haven't noticed any significant difference in speed between the SD slot in my laptop and the USB (via adapter) ports on either PC. Shouldn't the SD slot be faster than USB 2.0?
