Recognized by the camera right off the bat. Storage of photos seems to be faster than the old SanDisk 256MB this replaced, but that could just be my perception. Overall very pleased with this. I tested the speed using a usb adapter and achieved 20MB/s read and about 13MB/s write which is actually better than I expected.
