5 out of 5 eggsWorks as Specified

Pros: It does everything it says it should. Runs at 2400 no problem. Plugged into my Asus z97Pro Wifi board and it recognised it as Team Xtreem 2400 and runs without incident.

Cons: The heat riser does not slide off like the Corsair Vengeance pro. It is a 2 part riser pressed together so if you want to remove it you have to carefully pry it apart and remove the whole riser. It is attached with Thermal Tape on both sides. Runs great and at a great price. I had to remove the riser on one chip because my air cooler hit it otherwise.

5 out of 5 eggsBuy these

Pros: Hit 2400 at advertized cas etc. stable.
Really not much else to say, good price ram that actually preforms as advertized.

I even pushed their latencies down some still stable (but you get very little benefit so i left them default).

Cons: Con the heat spreaders are without exception to wide.
Typically, 2 sticks is a good idea for best overclock etc. Thus they are never too close. But with 4 of these (you don't know my multitask) they touch each other. If a bit thinner air could past by them more effectively (the mebo could have more space but i find that unlikely).

Other Thoughts: Despite the heat spreaders' width they fit fine.
Do purchase these I doubt you'll find better.

5 out of 5 eggscheaper than average

Pros: works as advertised, didn't have to do nothing in bios..plug and play 100% on MSI Z87 paired with i7-4770K @4.00ghz.
these ram could hang with the big boys easy while keeping your wallet in check

Cons: as right now I do not find any cons except my own fault, should have bought 32 instead of 16, while waiting for the shipment newegg lowered the price to 10 bucks cheaper

4 out of 5 eggsFast and a good price

Pros: The memory timings and voltage are recognized in the UEFI. It is a good price for the speed.

Cons: But I could never get it POST at full speed, even with the timings and voltage provided. I did get it stable at 2133 MHz. Good enough for me.

3 out of 5 eggsBSOD

Pros: Fast when it worked. Loaded up to 2400 after setting XMP in bios.

Cons: Unstable on my system with Z97 and i7-4790k. I kept getting random blue screens and memory dump. I even tried to adjust the bios settings manually with no luck. Still got the dreaded BSOD at random times.

Other Thoughts: I really wanted these to work for me due to their excellent value. I probably got some bad sticks which can happen with any brand. However, I ultimately went back to what has worked for me in the past. RMA'ed these and swapped them for some comparable G.Skills which have been rock stable.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Value

Pros: Inexpensive for the memory speed, and timing options.
High Quality Chips.

Cons: Tall (Glued) Heat Spreaders. Will not fit most boards with Noctura NH-D14. Having some stability issues when trying to get it up to 2400mhz, haven't spent a lot of time trouble shooting it yet, currently sitting just under 2000mhz at cas9 instead- not sure if thats a con since its probably faster than 2400@cas10? i forgot the math...

Other Thoughts: Good value pretty solid memory.

5 out of 5 eggsTop Flight Kit !

Pros: Stable, Low Cost, Handsome, Sticker pulls off, FAST, Value, Good Looking, Tall, Wicked !

Cons: It doesn't light up and twirl around?
Not low profile but if you can't see that and understand your situation regarding your CPU cooling then really you should just stick with what you have now.

Other Thoughts: Look I wondered my self after multiple Corsair upgrades from my novice ram purchases. I've used Kingston, G.Skill, Corsair, Crucial modules but I can tell you that these very sticks will rock your world and have been perfect in a Z77 ASUS mini-ATX build with a i5. Take it from a builder with 13 rigs to his name so far these are a total value and the savings can be applied in other area's. They look awesome and flat perform....what are you waiting for?

5 out of 5 eggsOutstanding!

Pros: Nice looking memory with beefy heat spreaders. Great speed and pretty nice timings. Among the best 2400MHz DDR3 available. Running a Phenom II 1100T so limited to 1600MHz, but can get these babies cooking at 2000MHz pretty easily with an FSB OC. 9-10-10-26 2T timings which is pretty dang decent for 2GHz. I've seen cheap 1600MHz kits with similar timings. Definitely above average memory. Great price when I got it too at $144. Was the cheapest option in 2 x 8GB kits above 1866MHz when I was shopping. Was a no-brainer considering the specs.

Cons: Can't run it at rated specs until I switch to Intel. Expensive. Many paychecks away :(

Other Thoughts: I have never used Team memory before. It didn't always have the best reputation back in the day, but lately it has been getting good reviews. I figured I'd give it a shot and wasn't disappointed. Excellent quality product. Arrived in great condition, well packaged, and looking mean :) Plays well when underclocked as well. Auto timings at all speeds are pretty tight.
