5 out of 5 eggsWorks great

Pros: Works good and at 2400 Mhz through XMP. Look great in my case with red LEDs.

Cons: I see the price is $12 less now. I think the heatsinks are glued on.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat BANG for the BUCK

Pros: It does what it says. Very easy install. Did not have to change any settings. Exchanged 16gb 2400 for 8gb 1866 crucial balisitx. Plugged in, turned on the PC and Voila, ran at the advertised speed and timings.
I am running a AMD A10-6800K with dual graphics AMD HD6670 2gb ddr3. It increase the rating in windows experience index for graphics from 5.9 to 6.6
Great buy for only $142.99.
If you are thinking about it, just do it.

Cons: Non that I have seen yet. If something comes up I will add info

5 out of 5 eggsTeamgroup 2400 2X8 gig memory

Pros: Look good ,perform great what's not to like. I never use XMP but it's nice if your not into tweaking your system. One hour of testing and they run 2,000Mhz @ 1.54volts with 9,10,10,28. Simply amazing ram. You can literally run whatever speed ya want with them. Moved from a 4x4 gig kit of 1600 and couldn't be happier with this purchase. Think I'll grab another set soon.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsGood Memory

Pros: Only $10 more than DDR3-1600, work great

Cons: tall and fat

Other Thoughts: Running on an i7 2700K on an asus z68 pro/gen 3 board. Have chip clocked to 4.6ghz. Memory easily does 1866, 1.5v 9 10 10 21 1T. maxxmem2 shows 22.28 GB/sec overall zfer rate with a 49.2ns latecny.

Also does 1600, 1.5v, 8 8 8 18 1T with 20.97 GB/sec overall and a 51.6ns latency.

Could not get 2400 working at all but i suspect that is a board/chip issue, not a RAM issue. I think i can get 2133 working but am still having issue. I am close to stable at 10 12 12 31 1T 1.55v

I love the fact that this RAM is only $10 more than the -1600 part.

Only drawback is going to be for people with huge aircoolers. I had to use the alternate RAM slots. In the primary slots the height of the cooling fins were somewhat of an issue, but the thickness of them did not allow me to clip in the push fan on my air cooler. No egg deduction because I knew fitment would be close before I ordered them.

5 out of 5 eggsXMP and done.

Pros: Rarely do memory modules run at advertised speed and timings without some sort of instability or crashing, followed by an RMA process. These modules are a refreshing exception.

Installed them, loaded the XMP profile with DDR3-2400@10-12-12-31, and ran memory tests. Passed with flying colors. Awesome!

Cons: Tall heat spreaders. Be careful about clearance in tight cases.

Usually the fanciness heat spreaders is positively correlated with the likelihood of failure of the RAM, but thankfully that is not the case here :)

Other Thoughts: For the other reviewers here, note that you do have to enable the higher speeds, either via XMP or automatically, from your motherboard - it is never automatic. If you just installed and booted up, you will be running at the standard profile of DDR3-1333 which is almost half the speed.

Don't be a n00b that purchases a high-speed kit and runs it at the standard JEDEC settings!

5 out of 5 eggsIt works

Pros: Put it in my Gigabyte Z97 Gaming GT and it boots up without me adjusting anything.

I did have to have adjust the volt to 1.65 when OCing the cpu to 4.7Ghz.

Cons: I got it when it was $139, now it's $154.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great speeds at good timings
SPD timings were detected just fine

Cons: Heatsinks are rather tall and may cause clearance issues with some setups.

Other Thoughts: I currently have these running at 1600 / 7-7-8-24 1T on a ASRock 990FX Extreme9 with a 1090T. MaxMEM2 reports 54ms latency. I'm happy.

Now I just need to get a better CPU...

3 out of 5 eggsBeware lower prices on same ram

Pros: Fast ram, good value, lifetime warranty, good reviews, fast shipping

Cons: Large and very heavy, returned item, scotch taped up, original packaging torn up

Other Thoughts: I wondered why there was such a difference in prices between the DDR3 2400 black and white items. They're the same except color. Be aware if one is much lower than the other then it's likely to be a returned item. Don't mind refurbished or returned items as long as you know that's what you are buying and it's repackaged clean. What came to me was anything but clean and professional. It had tape everywhere and was quite sloppy. Bought many items from newegg, this was quite disappointing.
