Pros: Not a bad device by any means. It works for me and what I need it to do. Haven't had any technical problems with it.

Cons: Would've been nice if a link or a URL would have been included either through email or a slip of paper with the card reader that directs the user to the website to download the drivers for the card reader. All I got was the card reader, that's it.

Pros: -no extra fluff to download if using Windows 7, just download the needed certs and you're ready to roll
-allows me to take care of work e-mail and other apps from home

Cons: None really, it's a simple device that works.

Other Thoughts: If this is being used for DoD authentication, there is a lot of info that can be found on the net to help guide you through the configurations needed.
