Memory. Until it stops working, it's not very exciting, and when it does stop working, it's all the wrong kind of excitement, right? So, we're not going to try to get you excited about memory; we're just going to say that this is a good buy and you ought to consider it for your machine. It has an aluminum heat spreader and a limited LIFETIME warranty for parts and labor, both to protect your investment in what we sincerely hope will be one of the dullest, most matter of fact purchases you ever make.
At this price, you just might be able to fill your motherboard faster than you had thought you could, and that, at least, is an exciting thought!

Amazingly Stable!
- Pros: There are tons: First, these chips are phenomenal. Right out of the box they run extremely tight timings (4,4,3,8) I can confirm I have overclocked to 1000+ (5,5,5,15 and 2.1v) with only minimal heat issues. These work flawlessly with my Evga 680i setup, booted up first time perfectly. They are very stable, the only time I have locked up is when I was overclocking past 2.1v.
- Cons: Heat sinks are glued on (do NOT try to remove them, I almost destroyed my chips) I managed to fit them into my koolance coolers. It's definately a tight fit. The heatsinks look very similar to walmart's logo (definately a con to me) good thing my coolers cover em up ;)

Overclocking with Stock Timing!
- Pros: The Super Talent T800UX2GC4 2GB DDR2 800MHz memory kit overclocks higher with stock timings then all other brands (at the time I'm writing this). I am able to reach STABLE at 1.1Ghz with 2.3V and the stock time of 4-4-3-8 AMAZING!
- Cons: as I said already "at the time I'm writing this" ... meaning a month or two down the line there will be C3 memory on the maket that will beat this speed... but at what price?
- Other Thoughts: 4-4-3-8 is amazing on its own at stock speed and at the speed you'll be able to reach if you decide to overclock is a real WOW factor. Also a lifetime warranty does not hurt either.

Good Ram
- Pros: Ram works well, just plug it in and works with 32 bit vista and see's all 4 gigs of it too. timing is a little different but works great. its responce time is awesome
- Cons: none
- Other Thoughts: none
2 years and counting
- Pros: Never had any problems in over 2 years. It was part of a system build for myself that I'm still using now.
- Cons: None. Unless you consider that you can't keep the tight timings with it overclocked to DDR2-1066 speeds and higher. These guys could probably reach DDR2-1200 no problem on my board, but I'm afraid over heating issues.
- Other Thoughts: It may be that my board is just really good with this RAM, but I've never had to use 2.2 volts to get the 4-4-3-8 timing at rated speed. I ran that timing at the standard 1.8v. Currently, I'm running on 2.0 volts even, or .2+ volts more, to achieve the speed of DDR2-1066 with timings still tight at 5-5-5-15. I don't think you'll find any DDR2-1066 with timings tighter than that. Besides, the gains in bandwidth are much more than the minimal loss of looser timing.
It Works
- Pros: This time the memory works. I went from Single Channel 4-4-4-12 Memory @ 1024 MB/Sec Sustained Transfer to this Dual Channel (Still Running 4-4-4-12 Timing) @ 1261 MB/Sec Sustained Tansfer.
- Cons: My Motherboard won't let me bump the Memory Voltage past 1.9v unless I overclock the CPU. Either way I can't get the 4-4-3-8 Timing to work, but this is a motherboard limitation. (4-4-3-8 Isn't stable at 1.9v and Overclocking the CPU so I can rasie the Voltage to 2.2v makes the Memory run at a faster speed which won't support the 4-4-4-12.)
- Other Thoughts: I probably should have gone with some different memory since I really didn't want to overclock.
