Other Thoughts: Pretty expensive for 16GB, but it is an amazing upgrade for an Asus EEE PC 900A. Took about 20 seconds to install once the back cover was removed: 2 screws in the back cover, another 2 screws holding the SSD in place.

Upgrade the BIOS before installing and it will Just Work (tm).

Great EeePC upgrade!

Pros: 30 second drop in upgrade for my EeePC 900A. Much faster all around, reloading the OS took less than 10 minutes, instead of 30. 4 times the storage space, 5 times the read/write speed!

Cons: None that I have found so far!

Easy upgrade to Eee PC 900A.

Pros: Wow it is screaming fast!

Cons: You will probably have to flash your BIOS for this to work best. Be careful. I used a 2 Gig Kingston DataTraveler that I bought here on Newegg for this.

Other Thoughts: After flashing the latest BIOS (1102), I have no more slow shutdown problem. Boot booster is enabled, also.
