Pros: 8Gb, Works well, no extra software on pen, I think it will be easy to find when laid down or misplaced. I like the soft rubber cover and the cap stays on the holder included, when not in use as a cover.

Cons: None found to date ( <1 week)

Other Thoughts: I think I'll buy a few more!

Pros: What I wanted was a USB Flash Drive that won't get lost in the bottom of my backpack with it's easy to see color and shape - and that's what it does...it's easy to find!
Cover is fairly snug and it has a little cap holder on the chain.
As for performance....solid so far.
