Pros: Small, SD card fits snugly, relatively fast.

Cons: Cover does not fit snugly.

Other Thoughts: I've owned a few of these from this manufacturer. Generally I reorder them when I've lost on of the covers - they just plain slip off. The covers are not hinged; they rely on friction to stay on. They can't make it through more than a few days in my pants pocket before the cover comes off, exposing the SD card and circuitry to lint in the pocket.

There are other pocket USB SD card readers which have hinged covers. Those covers may slip off a bit, too, but the hinge typically holds them in place better.

Pros: Worked well as expected for the last 16 months.

Cons: Now it stops working. The manufacturer warranty only covers 1 year, but even if it were broken within the first year, shipping might cost more than the product itself.

Pros: Small, high capacity, slot covers, not ugly.

Cons: Failed in very short time after losing performance.

While it's nice to have slot / USB covers, it's a problem when you have to remove 2 unattached covers to use the device. How many people keep track of 2 extra pieces of plastic? Should have been a place to store them.

Of course, this is all overshadowed by the extremely short life.

Also it's been a pain to RMA this item from the mfr.

Other Thoughts: Skip this one. There are too many other more reliable readers.

Pros: Works at USB 2.0 speeds

Cons: Easy to lose caps

Pros: Works great, I use it to transer pics from my SD card from my Kodak Camera. Nothing special about it, it just works.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Glad I bought it, it works great.

Pros: Worked initially.

Cons: After about 10 or 20 uses light flickered, went out, and it stopped.

Other Thoughts: The company support email listed here on newegg and the company's website goes unanswered (two tries). The website has zero instructions I can find on how to return or exchange a product. No, I didn't try the support phone number, but there is only so much work you should do for a cheap device and I get the feeling the company isn't interested anyway in dealing with warranty repairs or they would answer their email, have a FAQ, or other process in place.

Pros: Works out of the box.

Cons: I bought 2 of them. 1st only worked for about 3 months, 2nd lasted only 5 months.

Other Thoughts: I hate when this sort of thing happens.

Pros: Worked well for about a week...

Cons: ...then stopped working. It appears to work for a moment, but quickly cuts out, making accessing the SD card impossible.
