Pros: card reader, usb and esata in a 3.5 slot. easy to install. the card reader is easy to use. I have had issues with memory cards sticking in card readers before, but my sd card went in like butter. I love this card reader.
Cons: none
Other Thoughts: I have not tried the esata.

Pros: Having just installed this card reader about a week ago, I have to admit, I love the function and placement. I have a Raidmax Smilodon case being used as an HTPC. The card reader does everything as expected and I've had no issues with it at all. Great function for the value. Install was easy with one Con mentioned below. I needed just the basics for a card reader and would've preferred to have a firewire port too to make it a complete package, but in the end, I really didn't need that port it given the function of this PC's use.
Cons: Be careful installing. I'm no delicate skinned keyboard jockey, so it was a surprise when the edges on this thing are sliced a couple of fingers up. I happened as I was adjusting the fitment from inside the case on the backside of the card reader. Additionally, minor caution to cable length. My ASUS P5Q SE2 board's USB and SATA ports were exactly the right distance that I can both cleanly route the cables from the card reader as well as open the sides of the case without having to unplug. That was a concern at point of purchase and should be for those with a larger case and bays further away. If my 3.5" bays would have been any higher, this would not have worked as well.
Other Thoughts: Can't say enough about how this gave me the function needed in a smaller package. I am using the top bay of my case to tuck extra cables from my Corsair 750W PS which previously had my old 5.25" card reader in it. This really solved the problem of freeing up that space for me inexpensively. Though I was uncertain at first, I'm a happy consumer now.

Pros: For about the same price as a standard card reader, this one adds eSATA and had good reviews. I went for it, and I'm glad I did. While I haven't used the eSATA, since I don't have an eSATA drive yet, it's nice to have the option. I've used the compact flash, SD, and USB ports and they work well.
Cons: Slight delay in identifying card insert upon first using it, but I believe this was related to driver installation.
Other Thoughts: I installed it in my PC and it worked. No software intervention needed on my part. For my small case, both the internal USB and eSATA cables were plenty long. In reality, little differentiates internal card readers, so when you find one that works, that's all you can really ask for.
