Pros: Cheap and black. Newegg refunded my money without needing to return it.
Cons: Killed my mobo!!!!
Other Thoughts: I had a Rosewill 7-1 reader in my ASUS machine and the front side USB died (floppy still worked. Moved to different case) so I installed an old floppy from an old Gateway machine and it worked great, but it was beige not black. So I, like an egomaniac idiot, decided I wanted a black floppy to match my case and bought this POC. Installed it and couldn't get pass flash screen. Tried everything, then had mobo tested and DEAD! Lesson somewhat learned.

Pros: Junk, read three floppy discs and failed. My black server now has a used white Mitsumi floppy drive.

Pros: Legacy floppy for emergency boots and what ever else you need a 1.44 floppy for. Quick little drive for a floppy. Comes with different color faceplates depending on the color of the case you are installing it in. Silver, Black and Beige if I remember correctly. No issues whatsoever, excellent product for the price. I am a huge fan of TEAC floppy drives from back in the day, and it amazes me to be able to say that this is as good or better than the TEAC drives that I have used, at least thus far. =)
Cons: It only holds 1.44 meg?!?!?! Yeah, what were you expecting? lol No cons whatsoever, it does exactly what it is intended to do and does it well. =)
