This review is from: Thecus N4560 Diskless System Network Storage
Pros: It's black.
Cons: I have had about 3 weeks of headache since my N4560 began to lose it's connection to my PC. I purchased new cables, updated drivers and installed the newest version of Thecus firmware and things just got worse. Not only was it losing connection, the power button began to malfunction and, during recovery, the system would freeze. After several tickets to Tech Support, who communicate in a broken form of English, the last response I received over a 3 week period was, "We would recommend you please contact with Thecus US directly to confirm if any parts available for your device." Really? That's it? Not what parts? No explanation as to what it can be? Okay, let me call the numbers that were provide....oh, shoot....temporarily out of order....what about the other, Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring...Enter my Passcode? What is this number? It is ridiculous. Thecus dropped the ball, big time and buy beware, this is not an uncommon occurrence as it is happening to many users who have purchased the equipment and it feel software to hardware related, specifically, with the firmware upgrade...
