The device locks up after about 45 minutes - 2 hours of coping data from my old NAS while attempting to migrate. QNAP support spent all their time looking for ways finger point at the hard drives and then how I was copying data in their interface. In the end even a copying from USB3 drives, and mapping a drive from a PC did not complete, locking up after only 459 GB. Did you find this review helpful? Pros: Slick interface, lots of features

Cons: Doesn't work. The device locks up after about 45 minutes - 2 hours of coping data from my old NAS while attempting to migrate.
QNAP support spent all their time looking for ways finger point at the hard drives and then how I was copying data in their interface.
In the end even a copying from USB3 drives, and mapping a drive from a PC did not complete, locking up after only 459 GB.
