Pros: Price, Jumper to set to sata 1.5, Quiet, Cool running.

Cons: Didn't include the jumper, But not really a con since I got ton's of them from older systems.

Other Thoughts: I was looking for a HDD to replace a 250gb maxtor that was the factory installed HDD from apple. I was fixing this comp for a friend and spent the few bucks hopeful this would work. Worked great. At first I didn't think it did since it was way to quiet I thought the board didn't see the drive. But it did and worked just fine.
