Pros: newegg ia just wonderful with their service..i returned the WD 160gb 7200rpm since it was heating my laptop .and bought this WD 320 gb which is now working great ...no noise at all...very smooth running and not very hot at all...

Other Thoughts: Installed onto Macbook Pro (early 2008) with no problems. Installed a fresh copy of Snow Leopard. Drive picked up and formatted without any issues.
