The drive made it through the warranty years with no problems. Like some others, it dies not long after. Cons: Given the relatively light use (mostly unused in the first year, then nightly cron backups later on), hoped it would last longer. I had a bit of prior notice up until the hard drive dying, at least; Windows would stop recognizing it now and then, and it would show up again after a reboot so I had plenty of time to back up my data. Don't make this your primary OS drive. It wasn't designed to be fast, it was designed to save power. Instead, use it for backup, extra storage, etc. Cons: Nothing really.
