Pros: When it worked it was fantastic: quiet, fast read/write, easy to install

Cons: After about 2 weeks my computer began to act strange. It would freeze on simple tasks like clicking icons. Eventually Windows would tell me the drive had become corrupted so I would have to do CHKDSK and reboot. That would fix it for as little as 5 minutes to as long as a day. Then the same thing would happen again.

Other Thoughts: I hope this is just a lemon drive, I need a TB HDD and will buy another once I get my refund.

- Low power
- Super fast

Cons: None whatsoever

Other Thoughts: I've been put chasing Western Digital hard drives for years. They comstantly outperform the competitom in terms of speed and reliability. I purchased these drives for a relatives computer, where I have them setup in a RAID1 configuration. They're fast, quiet, and very very fast. These drives are designed for 24/7 runtime, and - while they won't be running 24/7 in this use - they'll certainly be seeing a lot of continuous runtime.
