Pros: I've had two of these drives running for the past 6 years in a RAID 0 array. I've had my system running sometimes for months on end and they've been absolutely reliable. I haven't had any problems whatsoever.
Cons: No complaints
Other Thoughts: They are noisy, but they're not sold to be quiet drives. These were sold as high-performance, 15,000 RPM drives for use in servers, etc.

Pros: Fast, runs cool in a cooled cage. Nice response time.
Cons: Noisy, to the point of aggravation. Startup noises sound like its grinding itself to pieces. Two of the three that I purchased whine, one excessively so. There were no jumpers supplied with the drives with which one might configure the drives.
Other Thoughts: I have run SCSI interface drives for about 15 years now and have bought and used quite a number of them. I have had slow drives, other types of buses, scanners, etc. One of these drives is fairly silent, one is not too bad, and the last whines, waxing and waning. I hope they make the 3 years warranty mark.
