Pros: Quick, easy to install.

Cons: Noisier that original hard drive

Other Thoughts: I purchased this hard drive to replace the c drive in a T60 laptop. (The original HD was failing, but thankfully not failed completely).

I used Acronis True Image Home 2009 to clone the old hard drive onto this new one which went smoothly. (I used a cheap external USB connected case to initially mount the new drive.)

After cloning completed, swapped the hard drives and rebooted the PC - all good so far.

My only slight gripe is that I notice this disk spinning in the laptop - it is a 7200 rpm disk rather than the original 5400rpm disk which was installed.

Searching Lenovo for 'replace t60 hard drive' lefd me to a quick video for how to physically swap the hard drives.

Pros: This is a very fast hard drive. Faster than the other 7200RPM hard drives on my desktop.
