5 out of 5 eggsExcellent!

Pros: FAST!
Great performer, simply works. No alignment, no jumping, come on folks this is a drive decades past the 80s and 90s jumping and dancing blues with Hardware, it's plug and play as it should be. Totally backwards compatible, if your computer has SATA ports and the latest BIOS, it works! No nonsense. The 7200.12's are far past an apology for both the 10s and the very, eh, unlucky 11s.

Cons: NONE!

Other Thoughts: Very nice Hard Drive, I'm very pleased. Blows a Caviar Blue far past it's place, It's at least a step ahead of the Deskstars in speed and isn't the greatest bit far behind the over-exaggerated and glorified by, uhm, "enthusiasts" the Caviar Blacks, stomps on Samsung, laughs at older Maxtors, but sadly it won't let you take over the world, yet. Maybe the 7200.13 will include that feature, hehe.

5 out of 5 eggsFast Harddrive

Pros: Was thinking about getting an SSD or a hybrid drive but after seeing the price of this and the capacity compared to the others I couldn't pass it up. One of the few 6.0 GB/S Hard Drives on the marked and this thing runs like a champ. Stays at a cool 25-30 Degrees in my case and boots windows in less than a minute. I Love the slim design.

Cons: None Yet

Other Thoughts: My Build:

Pros: -Works
-Fast(for a mechanical drive)
-Thinner then my old drives which allows for better airflow

Cons: -None

Other Thoughts: If you need a fast dependable HDD without spending the money for an SSD this is the way to go.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Drive

Pros: Good ole Seagate dependability. Works good and is pretty quick.

Cons: Zero

Other Thoughts: I had hoped that this drive (at 6 GPS) would be faster than my Momentus drives (at 3 MPS), but it scores the exact same on the WEI. I am comforted about Seagate's reliability to protect my data though. I am still happy with it.
