Pros: Great way to provide a large storage target for backup. Currently using 4 in RAID5 for an 8+TB storage target, may have to add a few more. Good performance with a good controller, utterly stable.

Other Thoughts: I just don't understand why people screw around with SATA drives in RAID arrays.
