Pros: None

Cons: This drive is so slow that it diminishes the performance of even the fastest computer. My customer purchased this drive through Newegg for me to install. There are just no positive remarks I can put towards this drive. It's an extreme underachiever. Even for the money it is never a good deal.

Pros: nada

Cons: Bought this over a year ago and put it in a closet, untested.
Pulled it out yesterday, installed it in a build and............ it's dead Jim. I've had drives fail soon after installation before, but none DOA till now.

Other Thoughts: Zero eggs not possible? I'd rate negative eggs on this one.

Cons: Loud. My was DOA. Didn't open mine till after Newegg's 30 day return window. Now have to deal with Toshiba's RMA.

Pros: None, DOA

Cons: I love Newegg in fact I made three purchases this week. This drive came DOA which I know is not Newegg's fault, but I have to pay for shipping it back. And now there is a Promo code. So, I the original discount is moot now that I paid for shipping and my timing was bad since it is now on special. This was for a time sensitive build and now I'm going to be sitting on a system that I can't get paid for since I'm waiting for shipping both ways. I feel like I'm being punished for buying this product.

Other Thoughts: I'm still hoping that Newegg will make it up to me somehow, but I'm not expecting it to happen. I hope they make me wrong.

Pros: Cheap.

Cons: Spools down when inactive. Slow to start back up when accessing. Failed after a year and a half of minimal usage.

Other Thoughts: Better off going with Hitachi next time. Same price and lasts 3 times longer.

Pros: the Drive is large and quiet for a Toshiba drive.

Cons: this drive for some reason seems to spin down like the WD green drives. this give you a very noticeable lag when accessing ( 20 sec at one time ~10 most ) when I noticed this I thought that I had gotten some bad drives however all test came back negative so I don't know what the case could be/
