Pros: Decent capacity, for the price anyway.

Cons: Have noticed that all my high capacity (greater than 160gb) hdd's have been failing while my WD's and Hitachis are still soldiering on. Combine that with the fact that warranty support is now through seagate and you WILL be stuck with a failed drive and a hassle with the RMA.

Other Thoughts: This disk and a HD400LJ have both failed in the course of ownership within about 18 months of use. Save yourself the hassle and buy a WD Blue or IBM.

Pros: I got it for $80 and have had it for a few months now and it works fine.

Cons: It's a decent hard drive, but it's what you get for the price. It has an $80 data transfer speed.
