Pros: I have setup over 10 of thesesdevices and the only redeming factor is the price.

Cons: You can not join a domain with it right-out of the box. You first have to reset it to factory defaults but not through the GUI but by pressing on the blue eye in front and following certain steps that are not in the owners manual or web site. You have to call the support phone number and even they are not much help. If you use complex passwords over 10 characters long it will not recognize the password. If it shuts down due to a power failure sometimes the ownership of the shares will change not allowing anyone access to the share. Yes I do understand the permissions are different between Active Directory and Linux but still there are better products out on the market.
