Pros: Lots of storage space and USB 3.0.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Drive has been running constantly for over a month with no failures. I use it in a set of back ups and it is fast and quiet. If they put this drive on sale, I would buy another just to have it as an extra. I am well satisfied.
