Pros: I am using as a portable drive for my PS3 and XBOX 360 after formatting to FAT32 with Seagate Disc wizard.I have a 1TB 7200rpm drive in my PS3 and using this to transfer movies and music.10X faster then using my Sandisk flashdrive.I was able to transfer 400gb from my laptop to the portable in 42 minutes.Its replacing a Verbatim desktop external hard drive that broke after 3 years

Other Thoughts: Works great as a backup drive or for playing movies and music on your PS3 or XBOX 360.Its formatted in NTFS but you can use the Seagate disc wizard to format to FAT32 to use on your console.takes less than a minute to format

Pros: Small footprint
USB powered
Lots of space for the price
Runs surprisingly cool

Other Thoughts: This HDD was a free item I received while purchasing my router (NETGEAR R6300 Wireless AC1750. DD-WRT). Overall, it's a good hard drive and I would purchase it myself.

Pros: Excellent drive because it contains the ST1000DL002. Fast, reliable, very quiet.

Cons: None really except that I wish it had the 64Mb cache. It's a 5900 green drive so it runs pretty cool. These are about as good as a mechanical drive gets.

Other Thoughts: I did a teardown of this drive and it contains a ST1000DL002, which I recommend highly for any cheap drive. It you don't mind the heat and added cost, the 7200 drives are faster but this one seems to work just great.

Pros: Its fast. Wayyy faster than any flash drive.
Super quiet.
Small and easily portable. No power cord to deal with.
Huge capacity.
Fantastic Price.

Cons: Im afraid it could die on me per the other reviews.

Pros: very slim desing, very quiet, work as it as to.
very fast free delivery.
thanks great product for great price compared to wallmert listing at 110$ +tax...
anyway, i recommend to everyones looking for a PS3 hard drive upgrade, or simply portable backup.
