This means that there is a performance hit of about 30% according to Microsoft and they are listed by Microsoft as incompatible with Hyper-V (I can confirm that as Hyper-V 2012 would not let me import a VM onto these drives giving an error that said the physical sector size is not compatible). This probably doesn't matter to a lot of people, but given that they are Enterprise class drives it is worth noting if you plan on putting these in a server or plan on running Hyper-V or XP Mode. 0 out of 1 people found this review helpful.
