are these drives compatible with a Raid configuration?

You should be able to verify this with Seagate but my belief is that they absolutely are although that was not my implementation.  RAID is less about the drive than the motherboard, so be sure you check your motherboard's feature set (not all boards support all RAID configurations).  Your process may differ if this is a new install or if you plan to introduce RAID to an existing machine.

Can this drive be used where a ST32000644NS drive is used?

I am not familiar with the drive you reference.  Your question might be better directed to Seagate.  The Constellation drive is an enterprise class SATA drive intended for 24x7 use.  Mine have been up and running non-stop since purchased w/o incident.

I´m working now with 1TB WD WD1001FALS, on my IMAC (summer 2010), and I want to replace and upgrade with another hard drives like this.
It´s compatible?

I bought this drive for my PC which I use extensively as a Photoshop workstation. I've had it for about two months. It's fast, quiet, and so far, trouble-free.

I can't say from personal experience how it will work on a Mac, but a Google search revealed that it is for sale at a site that specializes in Mac equipment. I believe that most hard drives work as data drives on both platforms, provided they are formatted correctly. You might have to do more research if this is to be your system drive.

Question 4

What versions of Windows have drivers available for the SATA version of this product?

I'm thinking of using it first under Windows Vista, then Windows 7, then Windows 10.

Can only say that I have it installed with Windows 7 and it works fine. I installed it over a year ago before Windows 10 so don't know if it has drivers for it but I would be surprised if it didn't.

Question 5

Has anyone used this drive in a NAS device?   I use an older ReadyNAS+ for data storage.  It's a four drive system, one drive has failed and I am looking to replace it.

Just FYI the failed drive is a Seagate Barracuda 2TB ST2000DM001.

The Barracuda is actually renamed to the "Desktop" now and the Constellation is the "Enterprise Capacity" drive which means it is intended to be used in large storage systems.  It will work fantastically in a NAS and probably live much longer than the Barracuda did.  It is also a superior product to the "NAS" drive that Seagate is selling now.

Can I use this SATA III drive in a computer that has SATA II?

I absolutely will work just fine.  I have a SATA III drive in my computer right now, connected to the built in SATA II controller.  It is good to go.

Will this fit in a Mac Pro5 (mid 2010 model)?

99.999% of hard drives are the same size. It's normally laptop or desktop size (2.5" or 3.5" Apple just tries to convince you that they're not.

I have a Lenovo Hard drive model ST2000NM0033. But when I connect it to my PC, it powers up for only 5 seconds and produce clicking sounds 2 times then power goes down. It is also undetectable in my PC. Do you think it is already faulty?

Try a different Drive to eliminate the possibility of a Motherboard HDD Controller Problem, if that works, then you know it's the Drive in question.
