Pros: Write 125-180mb/s
OEM diagnostic tool kit

Cons: first drive was dead, second drive works well. s.m.a.r.t monitor does not work with drive.

Other Thoughts: Ensure to use the OEM diagnostic tool program to test and format your new drive. The system program does not provide enough information if there is a problem.
