From what I understand this is a relatively new drive that Included data recovery vs. separate policy. Their system broke down when I attempted to get my data restored. When my issue was sent to a person of responsibility, the matter got immediately taken care of above and beyond my expectations. Cons: I should have be taken care of promptly, instead of jumping thru hoops I have been assured that the system will work correctly next time. Other Thoughts: My confidence in Seagate has been restored and it shows that when something isn't right.... when the correct person gets hold of it... all will be made right Did you find this review helpful? So far has been a relatively smooth process. There is the usual chatter as they spin up on boot (not that often) but otherwise the drives are very quiet. 2 of the drives were in a previous setup for ~8 months and proved to be very reliable there as well. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.
