Pros: Stable/Solid
Good transfer rate
Everyday use is perfect

Cons: Sometimes noisy
High temperatures at continuous use

Other Thoughts: Sometimes it gets a bit noisy if doing a high use activity such as movie editing or computer restoration. General use is not nearly as bad. The only major problem is when the drive is used for extended periods of time it gets fairly high in temperature. Has yet to overheat to the point of problems, but I still have an external fan on the device when using it for a larger project.

Everyday use works perfectly, which is the reason for the 4 egg rating.
