eaglebit hard drive
- Pros: Bad hard drive, I bought two of them, one works slow making noise, the other one is garbage is not even recognize by the machine, is just making noise. If you are trying to buy dont buy this garbage, you will wait money like I did.
- Cons: Hard drive are bad, noise all the time, slow transfer, dotn buy this product..
- Other Thoughts: Dont buy this garbage I bought this for a client and im very frustrated...
You Get What You Pay For
- Pros: Compact. Cheap
- Cons: VERY SLOW. VERY UNRELIABLE. Not formated. To get my computer to see the drive I had to first remove the drive from the enclosure - then hook it difrectly to my motherboard, use PartitionMagic 8 to format it, then finally the usb adapter worked. The drive only worked for about a week and then it said data was corrupt. I woulnt trust my worst enimys data on this drive.
- Other Thoughts: Spend the extra $20 to get piece of mind that you will not loose your data. this drive is junk.
- Pros: Awesome looking drink coaster or gadget that is not expected to work.
- Cons: SATA hot swappable but not recognized by WIN XP PRO. Not pre-formatted. Would assume unrecognized by most OS and thus unable to format unless you can boot directly from a SATA drive recognizable through USB connection at start-up.
- Other Thoughts: If they still sold the IDE version it would be sweet and usable.
