2 out of 5 eggsKeyboard doesnt Last

Pros: Keyboard has a sturdy construction, not filled with a huge number of useless buttons like many other keyboards out there. Simple.

Cons: If you are a gamer or use your keyboard a lot, do not buy this keyboard. I only had this keyboard a little over a year and under the keys where some keyboards have springs, this keyboard has flimsy rubber. After gaming and heavy use, the rubber is failing and breaking down and the keys stop working correctly. I have to get the little rubber pieces from other keys I don't use often and place them on the keys I do use often. Not worth the price since the keyboard is already failing a little over a years use and I would expect better components for the keys. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR GAMERS OR PEOPLE WHO USE THEIR KEYBOARD HEAVILY.

Other Thoughts: Keyboard keys are a little flat like a laptops keys, so it may not have the feel some users may prefer.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Best keyboard I have ever owned. Solid build quality all around, base and keys. Attractive as far as keyboards go.

Cons: Price compared to other keyboards.

Other Thoughts: Highly recommended.

5 out of 5 eggsTop quality keyboard

Pros: Very heavy duty build overall. I would not worry about this keyboard breaking if it fell. The aluminum keys and brushed aluminum chassis is very nice looking. The key action is very fast and the key click is much quieter than standard keyboards. The USB ports will come in handy when I decide to switch to a wireless mouse. The audio ports are a nice feature if you don't already have a headphone port nearby.

Cons: I wish it had a longer wrist rest but it's not really a big deal. Other than that minor complaint, this keyboard is perfect.

Other Thoughts: For such a well built keyboard, the price is really good. Unfortunately Newegg has been out of stock so I had to pay a tad more somewhere else. Definitely a good buy though. 5 stars (or eggs in this case)

5 out of 5 eggsMust have for any1 w/ aluminum case

Pros: Actually made of metal instead of plastic, and has laptop-style scissor keys, makes typing alot easier if your more used to a laptop keyboard.

Cons: Blue LEDs are little too bright and bleed into the others

Other Thoughts: Buy if you own a lianli or silverstone case. If you can spend 100+ on a case then buying this keyboard is well worth the investment

5 out of 5 eggsYet another positive review

Pros: Gorgeous, simply gorgeous. I wish all keyboards felt like this. Keys are almost flat and board is heavy so no sliding.

Cons: None. This board is awesome!

5 out of 5 eggs3 Months In

Pros: Great keyboard...I'm only reiterating what others have said with regard to the positives

Cons: Here's the reason I'm writing the review.... I have the SILVER Enermax (the black one at home), and after 3 months of pretty constant use, the silver keys are wearing out. I can begin to see the 'paint' or what I think is 'paint' wear off the most used keys. It's not too bad yet, but is progressing....

5 out of 5 eggsHigh-quality keyboard

Pros: This is a beautiful keyboard. Typing is very comfortable. It is heavy and does not slide around. The brushed aluminum looks great, as do the blue lights for caps lock, etc.

Cons: Very minor cons: The edges of the keyboard are sharp and the blue lights are so bright that they partially illuminate the LEDs to their side. My numlock is on and the capslock light seems to be half-on when it is off. Enermax could have made a small design change to avoid this... black tape will do well.

Other Thoughts: On the one hand I like the simplicity of the key layout, but I do miss multimedia keys like play, stop, next and previous track, etc.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Crisp key press, rubber feet, and heavy enough to keep it from sliding around your desk. The integrated USB hub provides enough power to run a mouse and joystick just fine.

Cons: The audio cables are short and very thin. The keyboard itself is a bit wider than the full sized Microsoft model it replaced.

Other Thoughts: Decent product for the price, at least as good as similar Apple and MS designs. Though I can't speak for reliability yet.

5 out of 5 eggsvery good

Pros: like others have said, this thing was seriously made from a solid piece of aluminum. keys are quiet with good keystroke length. LEDs are not eye-burning bright. keyboard feels solid with a heavy weight! definitely worth the price, BUT will have to see how long the scissors last.

Cons: some getting used to is needed. when they say zero tilt, they seriously mean zero tilt.

Other Thoughts: have tried literally all of these laptop type keyboards when they first came out. scissors are the only way to go, but even then some keyboards die. im hoping for the price i paid for this it will last longer than a couple years.

5 out of 5 eggsOld School

Pros: Very solid. "Feels good" to type on. Essentially flat. USB and audio ports. Pretty blue LED lights.

Cons: It would be over the top if the USB ports were 2.0.

Other Thoughts: I think this product is "old school" because before our new-fangled gimmickey era, things were built to last; you could see, touch and feel quality. In that sense, this keyboard is "old school." It is constructed like a tank, and it does what it's supposed to do - perfect performance since they day I got it. Highly recommended!
