2 out of 5 eggsNot Good for Coding

Pros: Keyboard is cheap but feels sturdy and connects well. Mouse and keyboard use a single dongle freeing up USB ports.

Cons: Not good for coding because the Backspace/Insert/Home/Page Up/Num Lock keys are right next to each other. Normally there are gaps between Backspace/insert and Page Up/Num Lock. Because there are no gaps between the keys it's hard to feel if I'm pressing Page Up/Page Down or the keys next to each other.

The Function keys are also very small and hard to locate without looking down at the keys.

The mouse is a little laggy, it isn't too bad but I can tell the difference between the mouse and a $25 usb mouse.

3 out of 5 eggsDeteriorating quality

Pros: Good function at a distance for HTPC. Good battery life until later models were cut to one battery.

Cons: On two of these units the scroll wheel has come loose from its axle. Because of this I have switched brands.

Other Thoughts: I have bought five of these units over the last three years. The last two have had the batteries in the mouse cut from two to one, cutting the battery life in half. Then there's the above mentioned scroll wheel. Seems I've seen a pattern here, taking a good product and screwing it up. Way to go, MS.

1 out of 5 eggsVoided order, no reason given

Pros: This is a review on pcRUSH not the product.

Cons: Avoid pcRUSH not a reliable vendor, no communication as to why order was voided.

Other Thoughts: Stay away from pcRUSH horrible vendor, had to place another order and incurred additional shipping charges that could of been avoided.

5 out of 5 eggsworks great

Pros: got rid of all the wires, works great I'm about 3 feet away from the usb port, but I've never had any problem with lag or the keyboard or the mouse working.

Cons: see complaint about distant, but I'm not the far away from the port, so never had a problem.

2 out of 5 eggsPoor Quality Keyboard Letters and numbers

Pros: The product works well but poor quality.

Cons: The letters and numbers on the keys are stamped on with like a white decale that wear off in less then a year. The product comes with a 2 year warranty but what a hassle to return and get a new one.You 1st must mail yours back at your expense and then wait for them to send you a new one so you better have an extra keyboard and mouse while your waiting, and it's not worth the cost of postage to go through all that.Just get a Logitech product like I did.I'm done with microsoft products.BTW, if you try to inform Newegg about a problem be aware that no one answers their phones unless your willing to wait an hour on hold for them to answer, like their time is more important then mine.....NOT

Other Thoughts: You get what you pay for

5 out of 5 eggsExactly what I needed

Pros: Keyboard uses 2 AAA Batteries, Mouse uses 1 single AA battery. Both keyboard and mouse last a long time on batteries.

Cons: It advertises 30 feet, Range in actual usage is about 10-15 feet. Not a big deal but your mileage may vary.... At 30 feet some keystrokes may be missed and mouse sputters. Again not really a con but don't expect steady useage that far away. Battery strength is definately a factor in range. but keyboard+mouse last a long time on batteries.

Other Thoughts: Keyboard uses 2 AAA Batteries, Mouse uses 1 single AA battery. Both keyboard and mouse last a long time on batteries.

I needed a budget wireless keyboard mouse for 50" Living room Custom Media PC APU build. I needed it to be compatible with both linux and Windows 7. This product does exactly that.

1 out of 5 eggsNot Good

Pros: Look good.

Cons: Bought two of these and both stopped working. Worked great for a little over a month of course. Pretty much just threw away $70. One had issues with certain keys working, and the other one stopped working with unknown usb device error. it was not the PC as it would detect the other one. Very disappointed with this product and turned me off on wireless keyboards/mice devices.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks!

Pros: Works as expected. Connected the usb dongle to tablet and worked right away. No issues with being more than a foot away. Also plugged it into a usb splitter/hub and it works fine. Keyboard is light, which i like as i usually have it on my lap. Mouse is a little small but work well. Overall very pleased with purchase

Cons: None so far.

1 out of 5 eggsNot so good

Pros: This keyboard, when able to actually send the signal to the receiver, works as intended.

Cons: The keyboard works only if the receiver is within a foot of the keyboard. The mouse scroll wheel skips a a lot. I will stop scrolling and the webpage will jump up and down several times until I scroll again.

Other Thoughts: I have had so many issues when typing on this keyboard until I got a usb hub to move the receiver close to the keyboard. Even after doing so i remain to have issues with the mouse scroll wheel. I am waiting for my new WIRED keyboard and mouse.
