5 out of 5 eggsMushier than you'd hoped but not as mushy as you'd expect

Pros: - Works great
- Simple aesthetic
- No frilly media keys or ergonomic wrist rests to take up room on my desk
- Pretty decently clicky
- Classic layout. None of this weird tiny backspace key business

Cons: - In the realm of super cheap keyboards it's not bad, but in terms of all keyboards available it's very squish
- Keys have to sink kinda far before the press registers. Not a big deal but it could make the squish worse for some people
- Louder than you'd expect. If you get into a decent workflow you're probably gonna be making a good bit of noise

Other Thoughts: I've been using the cheapest of the cheap keyboards my entire life and this is one of the better ones. I use it for gaming and it will totally get the job done. It's not as satisfying and it certainly won't last as long as even the lowest tier of mechanical keyboard, but at this price it's amazing that it works as well as it does. The 5 egg rating takes price into account; I honestly think it's the best low tier keyboard available.

Also I type in the realm of 80 or so wpm and nothing about the quality of this keyboard has slowed me down whatsoever. If you're like me and have spent the last few years typing on a laptop keyboard, it takes surprisingly little time to get used to.

5 out of 5 eggsDecent budget keyboard.

Pros: The Price is right.
Works as advertised.

Cons: It's probably not incredibly durable. But I haven't slammed my fists on it or stomped on it yet. So I can't be real sure.

2 out of 5 eggsCheap, and cheap

Pros: Cheap, does what it's supposed to do. Which is writing.

Cons: Keys get old quickly as the letters are disappearing withing 2 years. After a year, it takes more force to press a key, which is a hassle. Buggy at some times (pressing for too long makes the keyboard no respond for a second until you press something again). No, it's not a Sticky Key feature.

3 out of 5 eggsAcceptable Given Price

Pros: Inexpensive, has Windows key, AT style, decent tactile feel.

Cons: Had issues with Ctrl key sticking intermittently.

Other Thoughts: I prefer AT style keyboards with the smaller rectangular enter key, this is one. For the price, it is tolerable.

4 out of 5 eggsYou get what you pay for

Pros: Cheap, only $13, plug and play.

This is a decent keyboard for the price but I believe I may have gotten a slightly defective one. The cable length is nice and I also enjoy having a number pad on the keyboard. It reminds me of the keyboards I used with my parents computers when I was a kid.

Cons: Keyboard seems to randomly disconnect if not in use or if keys are held down too long. (Running around in video games is a big one)

Other Thoughts: Not a bad keyboard, just cheap. Only knocked off 1 egg for the random disconnecting but I needed a basic keyboard for my new desktop build and it has worked fine for the last 2 months and the random disconnects aren't a deal breaker for me, just something I learned to live with since I don't do massive amounts of typing.

5 out of 5 eggsit has been working well over 2 years

Pros: I like it, at least I do not transmit my log in information all around

Cons: my neighbors should have now since they can't see what I am typing

5 out of 5 eggsHigh value

Pros: Cheap, light weight, quiet, and does the job. It has made a good backup keyboard.

Cons: Keys have gotten a little mushy with time but that's rubber dome for you.

Other Thoughts: This is the keyboard I tell people to get if they just want a cheap keyboard that works. If you go much cheaper you'll find build quality to be a problem.
