Mouse got low battery; we changed battery and then the mouse never worked again. Suggestions? Light does not come on when switch is moved to on position.

First check if the batteries are seated in fully, and nothing is between the contact points and the batteries, Check that they are the correct direction. Then try removing the batteries and placing them back in, sometimes wireless mice do not work unless you do this a few times it can get real annoying. then there should be a button to sync the mouse to the receiver it looks like a circle with 3 lines over it read the instructions on syncing to get the specifics on how to do this. then If it is still not working sounds like you may need to RMA.

What is battery life?

We have around 50 of these and the original batteries last for several months. I have not timed them but I currently know of one that has been on the original batteries for 4 months.

will this keyboard work with my lg smart tv model 55ln5710 ??

Hi. As long as you have a USB port on the TV, I don't see why not. I'm using mine through my computer on a 60" TV as my monitor & it works fine. I hope this helps.

Very Quiet. Good feel, but no noise.

i'm not sure. i am using it with my desktop pc at this time. i imagine this is more of a question for LG instead of someone who purchased the keyboard.
