Always accepted that lifting the back of the kb was better, but raising the front is so much better. I also prefer this ergonomic design - I never bought ergonomic kbs before because of the gap in the middle. All in all, a comfortable kb although the ctrl key may be more of a reach than I'd like for gaming. Windos 8 friendly. Cons: Having said Windows 8 friendly, I do question some of the function keys they used. The fn 'switch' is give or take depending on what your doing. The backspace-spacebar combo seemed innovative before I realized I never use my right hand to press space. Would be a lot more useful if I could define what function the split bar would have. Impossible to clean. Literally - unless your just dusting - because the only way to really get under the keys voids your warranty. <-- That's mostly the reason I knocked 2 eggs off.
